I am so very pleased with this company not only did they explain everything to you but the prices are reasonable as well. I cannot thank them enough for repairing my AC unit my whole family is very happy! Thanks again guys. I'd recommend them to anyone!

For 5 years I use now Moon's Air for service. They Installed a whole new system and I opted for the Maintenance plan. The service is amazing, I had only one issue with the A/C. They came right out diagnosed it ordered part and fixed it, I didn't even had to pay anything. One tech came even on a Saturday to check pressures and adjustments to make sure everything works flawless. Thanks to the owner Billy and Jason.

Had them out to clean dryer vent and they identified larger issue and were able to solve quickly. Very impressed by how kind and helpful everyone was. Highly recommend and will use again!

Our experience has been horrible. Had to call them numerous times for problems with install and missing parts. Now today noticed another missing piece and the owner hung up on my husband. They are very unprofessional and once our unit was installed it's like they were done with us. We are stuck but I hpoe this helps someone else not make the same mistake we did.

Cade and his team were phenomenal! We had to get a new inside and outside unit installed. The guys were extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. Cade answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable, putting us at ease. So thankful that we choose Moon’s!

Moon’s air has done a great job troubleshooting our AC issues. Their response time is very quick and they prioritize their customers. Highly recommend.

Was charged 455$ for a blower motor fan relay that cost only 15$ on Amazon. The next month the fan relay got stuck and wouldn’t turn the fan relay off. I asked them if they would come out and replace it free of charge and they refused. They overcharge and don’t respect the customers enough to fix their own faulty equipment and work. Would AVOID at all cost. Plenty of better options out there.
