Due to health issues we were forced to sell our home after contracting Mr. Moore to put in a whole home generator system. He fully refunded our money even though we had a no refund contract. He is one of the most honest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. You will mot find anyone as honest and conscience as Mr Moore. Mr. Moore has been extremely professional and courteous. I’ve called him several times about electrical problems I was having with my home. They are always quick to do an estimate, and quick to do the work. Very affordable. He will be the only company I will use if I ever need anything electrical done again. Danny of Moore Power LLC installed our 24KW Generac whole house generator for our home in Niota Tennessee in November 2021 and we enjoyed a flawless installation by a true professional, Master Electrician, and United States Air Force Veteran. Danny ensured we understood the installation process, and answered all our questions along the way. Like other reviews, we enjoyed Danny's polite and professional communication, technical expertise, prompt attention to our text messages, and overall understanding of this Generac installation as well as taking into consideration our future plans for the home. He provided a thorough end-to-end tour and demonstration of the Generator and Automatic Transfer Switches functions. During the final inspection the State Inspector mentioned that Danny's installations rate #1 in East Tennessee.
