I’d give 10 stars if I could. I needed a pre inspection done in a vehicle I was possibly going to purchase. I needed to get it done same day because I was going out of town the next week. Called at 7:30 and spoke with Darla. She advised the only available was for the following week, but that she would talk to the service manager and get back to me within 10 mins… she did and told me they could get me in that morning. I drove down about 1.5 hours and arrived while they were inspecting the vehicle. Tina (service manager) was phenomenal. Explained every inspection they did, what was needed immediately. I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle, but found a great auto shop. Thank you all!

Good and clear communication, including the use of pictures to show issues, and helpful staff like Tina. We appreciated the courtesy drop-off shuttle offered.

Terrible I wouldn't send my worst enemy there ...motor motion Auto repair very unprofessional... Don't have no idea what to do with electrical work... said I had a bad battery it wasn't .... Very untrustworthy.. said it was my radio drawing the battery down.. unplug the radio still drawing the battery down charge me$179 for a diagnostic took 2 days full days and still didn't find the problem.... The one star I gave is just for a clean shop other than that I would not send my friends or family and I suggest you do not either thank you....

We had a great experience and will be bringing all of our cars in the family there. Thank you so much for going above and beyond on our car, it sure needed it.

Very knowledgeable, professional, kept us well informed, and even provided pictures showing us the problems that weren’t visible because if their location on the vehicle. Great experience—we now intend to be their customers.

i will never go to another auto shop! All of the staff and especially Tina are the most caring people. they check everything thoroughly and they always make sure there’s no other issues before they send you back for you car. they also explain what’s happening and going on very well, i’m not a car person & they made it extremely easy to understand what was going on. i had a 10/10 experience with them.
