Mr. Electric of Austin

I've used Mr. Electric in several states and cities as we've moved around the country. I've used them here in Austin before, so it wasn't difficult to decide who to call when I wanted a whole-house surge protection system installed. Calvin was at my door in less than two hours after I called. He did a full electrical inspection and pointed out a few items that he felt I should be aware of. He took all the time necessary to answer my questions and explained everything in a very simple manner that I could understand. He installed the surge protection devices and did a fantastic clean up after he was done. He then took the time to answer all my questions and explain service, warranty, etc. I would very happily recommend Mr. Electric and Calvin to anyone needing electrical services.

I had a full house electric overhaul, if you will, for a very reasonable price. New and additional outlets and switches, new ceiling lighting in the living room, master shut offs and full panels updates along with multiple safety updates too. Brian and Hunter the technicians were very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and tidy. Yes, I would recommend Mr. Electric for all your electrical needs.

I recently used Mr. Electric for a lighting issue in my bathroom. I was really happy with how quickly I was able to get an appointment but, honestly, the 5 stars is for Calvin. He was friendly, happy to take all my questions, and patiently walked me through answers to questions I had about some other electrical things I want to soon deal with. I try to fix a lot of things on my own, but I don't mess with electric. So, it was good to have someone like Calvin come in who I felt like I could trust to know what he was doing.

We had a great experience with Joe Laconb, a skilled technician from Mr. Electric. Our office had been without lights for weeks, after multiple delays from another electrical company. Joe quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and had everything fixed the very next day. We were impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. Jon at Mr. Electric did an excellent job! He was able to replace our old ceiling fan with a new one we purchased, as well as add an additional outlet on our porch. Very fast and efficient!

My electrician, Doug, was on time, professional, and courteous. He clearly explained the work that needed to be done and did a great job fixing my wiring and upgrading my panels. He is a credit to Mr. Electric and the reason I will be choosing them again in the future.

Zach did a great job. He let me know when he was going to arrive, put booties over his shoes, was very personable and knowledgeable. He had his own vacuum cleaner for cleaning up after the job. I would definitely ask for him again.
