Josh was great! He explained what he was going to do as per requested. Asked him about some other improvements and he was more than willing to explain the equipment that we had decided to update and upgrade to. Austin Hollingsworth from Mr. Electric of Murfreesboro came out today, and I honestly wouldn’t want to work with anyone else from now on. He was exceptionally professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Austin explained everything clearly, took the time to walk me through what needed to be fixed and why, and was more than happy to go over it again with my spouse. His polite demeanor and willingness to ensure we fully understood everything made the whole process stress-free. He was efficient, respectful, and clearly experienced. Mr Electric is deeply fortunate in having Wesley Keeton representing the organization to the public. His knowledge, sound judgment, and professionalism are gloriously first-rate. Wesley steadfastly stood by me when my home was badly damaged by a lightning strike. Initially, everything seemed to be going in the right direction; then, some underhanded misunderstandings by my former adjuster occurred requiring another insurance adjuster. A new adjuster with a better focus concentrated on using Wesley’s expertise in resolving my claim. Within a week’s time of getting the go-ahead on the claim, Wesley’s exquisite work had me resettled back in my home within a week after having waited over 2 month from the original claim date. Wesley was courteous and resolute in leaving an orderly and well-managed work space. I was so impressed with Wesley’s work that I pivoted and installed a GFI outlet in my bathroom. Should I ever need electrical service at my home, I would definitely use Mr Electric, and I would specifically ask for Wesley Keeton.
