Mr. Watts Electrical - Get Generac Generators

AVOID!! the jobs was supposed to take 2 days ended up taking over 7 days. 3 generator slabs later it's finally done. The owner is a joke, told me it would be perfect after the first mess up (the slab was floating above the ground going back 4-6 inches) second slab they cracked putting the bolts in, finally got it right the third time. Owner told me I would get my dog day care covered (300$), 250$ cash and 1st years service for free. Haven't recieved anything from them. Avoid them

Mr Watts Electrical restored my faith in humanity and a company that sticks to there word. I have wanted a whole home generator so my special needs son who has epilepsy, cerebral palsy and autism would be safe when the electricity is out due to his seizures since he can't get hot. 2024 has been a trying year as I was scammed by Michael Sabders the owner of said company Mike's Home Services located in Conroe, Tx. Mr Sanders was to do some major home repairs once he got the $100,000.00 dollars it was excuse after excuse for months as to why nothing was getting done. In April I fired him as my contractor and requested a full refund. To this date (7/31/24) I have yet to hear from him & he has done absolutely no work per our contract. I have everything in writing. I have contacted several lawyers but I don't have the extra funds & the lawyers would take a large sum if I won the case plus if Mr Sanders has any of my money left is a whole other issue. My son's well being is more important when the electricity is out the repairs will get done some how in due time. I want to personal thank Nehemias & Rachel along with Mr Watts Electric install crew for the awesome job in getting the whole home generator you have no idea how much weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Generator installation process was a little painful not too bad. Do NOT sign up for any sort of maintenance or monitoring or expect them to provide any post installation service. I don’t think they are monitoring anything. In addition, 2 years after the install there is a gas leak that Centerpoint identified to be coming from the generator gas line and I can’t get them to come out and fix it.

Generator installed but was not mounted/secured to pad and then due to normal operation is walking off the padand causing damage. Contacted to get this remedied and have yet to hear back in a reasonable time.

Mr Watts is amazing. They installed my generator in one day… 10 guys showed up all in uniform and spent all day getting the job done. I was completely amazed that they did it in one day. Best of the best !!

My husband and I are having the worst experience with this company. They REFUSE to reimburse for the money we had to spend on repairs caused by their mistake. We’ve been communicating with them for months and it’s always the same thing. We’re always told the President hasn’t responded to them. This has been a very frustrating experience and I cannot understand why it’s so difficult for them to do the right thing. We’re ready to consider other remedies at this point. This company installed a generator at our home in July. Immediately after their installation we had the worst electrical issues ever. My husband contacted the team to inform them of the electrical issues that was caused by the installation. They sent someone to our house who told us that our panel needed to be upgraded and that they can do it for a ridiculous price. We explained that we had absolutely no electrical issues prior to the installation. Half of our house had no electricity on the inside and none of our plugs were working outside. Because of this we had to run extension cords everywhere. Damage was caused to our pool and pond which caused some of our fish to die. We hired an electrician to upgrade our panel. As expected, this don’t solve the problem. When we explained this the electrician, he explained to us what we had already known, the problem was not our panel and to fix it he’d have to go over the work of this company. My husband contacted this company, and we have been getting the run around on repairs and reimbursement.

This company has a employee by the name of Chris Brewer that does not have a electrician license that is up to date. Instead he uses Mr Watts license to do his work. He came to Sugar Land Texas and replaced our electrical panel and we paid him for the job but the problem is that when the city of Sugar Land Texas city inspector came out he failed the job because it did not pass inspection. We have been calling Chris Brewer and he will not return our phone call to come and fix the problem so it will pass inspection. So please don't waste your time and money on calling this company.
