Mr. Wireman

We have been using Mr. Wireman for the last 6 years for our holiday lights. I called and scheduled them to come out on Nov 8th. They did not show up or call. I called 3 different days/times to try and see what happened and if they were coming at some point to do our lights, but only got a promise of a call back from Margaret. Needless to say, I never received a call back. My husband called twice and left a message, but to no avail. At the very least, we should have received a call back to either reschedule or cancel our installation. It is shameful and unprofessional to conduct business this way! Don’t bother with this business. There are better, more reputable options out there.

Awesome company, very professional, and on time. Needed a few work in the house my fan installation, my ring, and a floodlight. Very happy with the service. I highly recommend them, I would not go by the negative comments… they are nice and helpful.

I have an older house that needed some updated as far fixtures and outlets creating for a new garage door installation. Rayon quoted me a great price and came out did all the work needed within a few hours. Very professional, on time and responsive. They even cleaned up before leaving. Greatly appreciate all of it. Would definitely recommend

I hired Mr. Wireman to do some outside lighting. I had a general idea of what I wanted and Marvin was very helpful with suggestions. The finished project is outstanding. Several neighbors have complimented us on it. One said the house looked nice but he didn't know why. That was the effect I was looking for, enhancing the house in a subtle way. I told Marvin it was like when a woman gets a good facelift. People tell her she looks great but they don't know why. Marvin was prompt, courteous and cleaned up after himself. I definitely recommend this company.

I've hired Mr Wireman Electric on October 10th for some simple electrical checkup, bulb replacement at difficult to reach areas in and around my house, and do any repairs if necessary. They were late to arrive, but that is given with most contractors and service/repair companies. They have done what was necessary. No repair was needed. When it was time to change the bulbs in the hanging ceiling light fixture at my porch, they notified me the fixture was rusted, and about to broke apart. They suggested me to buy a new fixture, and they would come back to install the fixture as soon as I buy the product. They've charged $120 for the service and left. After checking Home Depot and Lowe's, I realized neither one of them carry hanging ceiling light fixture at their stores. They have to be ordered online. I've placed my order and received the product within 3 days. I called back to schedule the light fixture installation. Then the story started to unfold. After I received the light fixture, I chased this company for about 5 weeks. They almost never returned my calls, I've had to call back, and hear an apology. We have scheduled the installation several times. They've stood me up several times, without a call back. Each time they missed their appointment, they kick the can a few days. Then stood me up or cancelled the installation. All these happened after the fact that I PAID THEM IN FULL on October 10. Terrible experience, poor customer service. I wonder what their thought process is since there's so many competition around. I hope my message reaches enough people.

Just a note to let you know that Marvin is such an excellent electrician. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave us a great deal of information on our lighting problems. He was very polite and helped us considerably. Whenever I have a future lighting problems I will call your best employee, Marvin.
