They gave me an appointment soon after I called. When I arrived, they took me right away. The technician quickly evaluated the generator and repaired it. I am very pleased with the level of service provided.

I have been using MTS for over 8 years this is by far the best place i have ever used to service my generator. The staff at MTS are really wonderful people as well! Anthony has always been extremely accommodating, helpful and a kind. This is very important when my business depends on my generator. Mark is the BEST MECHANIC and always has me up and running in no time. Any one starting out new in the grooming business or needs services for there generator this is always my first recommendation. After a tropical storm knocked out my power, I contacted MTS Power and they responded and acted quickly. MTS and his crew are very professional and does really great work. They don’t cut corners, are very communicative and reasonably priced. They were also able to address specific needs of my house. I was relieved and thrilled to know none of the food in my refrigerator will spoil because of the generator MTS have set-up. Overall, a job very well done! Highly recommend.

I have used MTS Power Systems to maintain my mobile dog grooming vans since 2005. They are very reliable and knowledgeable about generators and have been a key part of keeping my business running over the years . I am able to keep everything running smoothly with regular monthly maintenance to our generators, and if a genie acts up or has a problem they take care of it quickly and get us back and running so we can take care of our clients. Whenever I meet someone just starting out in mobile grooming I always refer them to MTS .

I have never had such a fabulous customer service experience. Michael was so knowledgeable, so patient; he walked me through the entire process of getting a propane generator. He could have easily just done his job of explaining MTS Power System's responsibility, and sold me a generator. Instead, I got outstanding guidance, no sales pressure, and information about what was NECESSARY for my emergency power needs vs. what would be ideal. (I chose the ideal). Getting this propane generator was a complicated project; MTS Power Systems and Michael effortlessly led me through it. If I had to rely only on the knowledge of the various other players involved (i.e. the propane company, the Town of Huntington), I never would have been able to figure out what to do. I recommend this company without reservation. MTS Power Systems is straight up the best business I have ever dealt with in my life.

Great experience with MTS Power Systems. I have an Onan Generator in my truck which would not start. After going to several other shops, I found MTS and Anthony the Service Manager was able to get me into the shop immediately to take a look and determine the problem. The mechanic Mark was friendly and very knowledgable and was able to get the generator running like new within an hour. MTS has many parts available for the Onan Generator and they have exceptional experience. I highly recommend MTS and will use them for all my future needs!

I too wish that I had read the reviews about heir customer service prior to using this company. They advertise themselves as providing high quality service but they want your credit card upfront and when they come they tell you they can’t fix your generator but want you to buy a new one from them.I wasted $500 for a "service charge" then had my generator repaired by someone else and it works fine. Stay away from these guys.
