Look no further, y’all! When our AC was refusing to cool on Sunday afternoon, we called My AC San Antonio to help. Without hesitation, they arrived at our house within 30 mins to properly troubleshoot and fix our issue. Paul was absolutely a pleasure and was fantastic in explaining his diagnosis clearly and professionally. He was extremely diligent and thorough and did not leave our home until he knew for sure that our AC was cooling properly. My heat pump was not heating or cooling much at all so I read the reviews of several local companies and decided on My AC. I’m glad I did! Paul arrived within the hour and took his time in correctly diagnosing the problem. Very informative and professional, and very competitive prices. We had local company come out to our house that gave us ridiculously large estimates (4 in fact) without fully evaluating the system. Then we reached out to a friend in Austin with HVAC experience who recommended we call Paul. Paul is amazing and was at the house with in a couple of hours. He completely troubleshot the system and fixed the issue at fractions of the previously quoted costs. And there was no pressure for the up sale. Highly recommended!!!

Paul was very helpful, and arrived very quickly after I called. We live about 20 miles South of San Antonio, and he still made the drive. Our A/C was not working, and my kids and I were super uncomfortable. He fixed the problem, and was very fair and upfront with prices. We will be calling him in the future when we need repairs. Paul came quickly, which is awesome because it was more than 80 degrees in our house when our AC went out. He got us fixed up, was super friendly and explained everything to us! Definitely would recommend.

Our unit started leaking upstairs and Paul made himself available to come out as soon as possible. He was very informative on, not only, what was wrong but how we could keep our system running smoother and longer. Great company and highly recommended.
