NAPA Auto Parts

I have had to go to this NAPA location twice in the past year or so. It can be intimidating as a woman to walk into an auto parts store by yourself. Both times, they have been so helpful and kind. Great staff at this location! Thank you!!

I needed an oil fill cap for my 2022 toyota tacoma. I called them and they said they had one in stock. Drove over there, and I was in and out. They seem like nice people!

Unfortunately I do not recall the employee's name, but an employer could not have a better employer than this gentleman. I was travelling from Charlottesville, and had to stop at NAPA to switch a faulty battery with a new one. The guy was able to make the switch simple & quick. This store has definitely made a repeat customer out of Me! Thanks Again!

Had an A/C issue with my car and needed to add some refrigerant. Keith (the assistant manager) helped me through the whole process, even after the initial product I purchased didn't work for my car. He troubleshooted the problem, took time outside with me to help, and everything now works fine. I will return in the future and highly recommend this store for auto care.

I like this NAPA location. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and there is usually not a long wait. NAPA parts are very expensive, most are worth it but some of their smaller items may not be depending on the application. Mac's starting fluid is definitely my favorite! Their brake parts are the best that I've seen.
