It's Saturday, Google says they open at 8, a sign at the store says they open at 8. Waited outside the store past 8:05 and left because no one was even close to opening. When your project is time sensitive this is a bummer. Maybe the employee schedule should start 730 or 745 to ensure you open on time.

Customer service was horrible. Went to this location with my dad to pick up antifreeze for my car, only had one customer in front of us, but waited 10mins just to check out. (Both registers were working) Employees, on the clock trying to hide down the aisle and on the side/back talking about what happened to them yesterday knowing there are other customers in the store waiting to get checked out. Just horrible. Only came to this one because it was 5 mins away from my dad’s job. I will continue to go to the Gretna location with better customer service

Napa generally a good place overall, except for this one in NOLA east. Constantly disappointed by their lack of effort and inability to help on every visit. I prefer better parts, but at the cost of dealing with these guys. I'll have to start driving across town.

Brandon at the New Orleans East store gave me great service and was very helpful in making me make the right decision and all the parts was just what I needed. It was great doing business there. I will tell everyone to go there
