I’m so angry. The men at the counter that I now know are Hector and Adrian thought it would be funny to play a game on me and that was not okay! First off when I walked in, Hector was helping Adrian look up something and they made me, the customer, wait until they decided to help me. Then when done ordering Adrian joked to say that I could tell whoever when I went to pick up the part that "Eric" helped me and they chuckled a bit. But No One corrected that name. So when my husband called, they said it wasn’t Eric who helped and they lagged on calling about the part. I’m so upset how whatever inside joke became a joke for me. Not okay. This is unprofessional business and not acceptable.
Was able to find my automotive thermostat in stock here.

Never had a problem with this store until recently.... Bought parts a with warranty on them only for them to tell me it expired 7 months ago... It's usually 12 to 24 month warranty i was told i had 24 month warranty.... I paid almost 462$ for the parts... I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE FOR ANY PARTS OR FUTURE WORK.....
