It appears a significant area for improvement lies in agent training and communication protocols.

Currently, addressing client concerns and ensuring transparency regarding charges seems crucial. 2 young boys showed up on door step on Sunday afternoon 11/2. My camera recorded them and their conversation prior to knocking on my door. The profanity coming out of their mouths was disgusting and how they were talking about my neighbor. They had NO identification, nothing! They told me finally why they were at my door about solar etc. I told them I was NOT interested, one just kept talking and than started to insult our power company. I asked them to leave again and a third time. I told them they were being recorded and they laughed and provided me with fake names. I told them I was calling local law enforcement whew my husband is the Chief and the finally left. My husband found them and told them to stop harassing the community. One came back and apologized because he didn’t want me to call and complain. Well I did call today. Where I live we pretty much all know everyone, and tons of ppl called and complained about them. One said his name was Aaron Lucy the other I couldn’t understand. The customer rep I spoke with was Angel today! Nautilus do better, stop training these ppl to be juggernauts! If they return they will be arrested for trespassing! Another one was here last week! How many ppl do you keep sending! Take your solar and put it where the sun doesn’t shine! If one more person shows up at my house I am surfing for trespassing and harassment! This is your warning!! To add to your reply to me, if you truly respected our communities you would stop sending people every week to people‘s doors when they’ve been told no they don’t want it. This seems like a training problem on your behalf, and the two young men that came to my door told me that they’re told to knock until someone answers!

I was supposed to just pay Nautilus for my electricity bill but was told that I would have to pay both them and Xcel for awhile because they had to figure out the one bill thing on their end. I contacted twice during 2024 to get an update on this process and they kept telling me it was upcoming. January 2025 was mentioned. This one bill never happened. I gave it months more time. Still never happened until I decided to cancel. The "credits" I was given toward Xcel were less than my bill to Nautilus. Often, there were months when there were no credits being applied. Therefore, I was double paying my electric bill! At one point they told me to reach out to Xcel and that it was not their job to do so, despite that being the reason I signed up for them (Arcadia at the time) in the first place. Even after cancelling, they put a disclaimer in the email saying I can liable for up to 90 days of charges. Charges for what? I cancelled my account!!! I just got another bill that only has two days of charges and it's an amount equal to a normal month of charges!!!

This company has very very very very very poor communication. I had been part of another solar program prior to being transferred to Nautilus. The first company’s billing went smoothly and had no issues figuring out the credits being applied to my bill, etc. It was all handled through one bill. When I first came to Nautilus, they credited me for a few months and then disappeared for months without really saying what was going on. Then they came back out of nowhere with no explanation and charged me. I thought they just went away. Poor poor poor communication!!!!! I would never pay a dime for this service with them!! They are such a hassle to deal with!! It’s like idiots are behind the company and have no idea how to get things moving and communication going. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

A scam for sure. If I could give zero stars I would. Suppose to save money by earning solar credits. Does not work that way at all and actually you have to pay TWO electric bills. Do not fall into their trap. First 3 months seemed okay but its been downhill from there. The bills from them get higher and higher and the credits are very very low. Also very poor customer service. This company is in the business to make a buck off of people that have no money to waste. They have a decent sales pitch and that is where it stops.

This place never paid our utility company after paying them. We have been in contact with them for a month now and all they say is we are working on it. Xcel says they haven't heard from them and now because of there lack of ability to make the payment we have to pay it twice. Do not use this company they are fraudsters

Straight downhill since they took over Arcadia. Their website is terrible, the portal doesn't help at all either. Everything was humming along as usual for a couple months after but then they tried to charge us some solar credit that didn't line up with anything on our power bill. Additionally, turns out we'd be paying both our power company and them at the same time, little double dipping. So yea... wouldn't recommend this at all. I also asked that they get rid of our account, to which they said was done. Then of course they're still mailing statements to the house as if the account is current. Sad last ditch attempt.

This review would have - 200 stars if it were an option - poor billing practices, receiving one every other week, then every 6 weeks and now almost 3 months without a bill - added a second solar farm without involving us, thereby voiding the one bill option - non responsive to multiple inquiries for issues noted above - we canceled them on 8/29/25 and they need 90 days to do so?? - this company certainly MAKES it DIFFICULT TO DO OUR PART FOR THE ENVIRONMENT! Don’t do business with them!!!!
