Thank you both! My panels are currently installed and I am waiting on the Electric company to program the meter so I can turn them on and try them out. 1/30/2024 UPDATE: - The response from Zach, the owner, has gotten slower, he has not fixed the issue with my panels not facing well for the sun to shine correctly on them on the north side of the barn. - Titan Solar has stopped responding to my requests to look into the solar generation issues. - The bill was supposed to be 176.00 and my first bill just showed up at 201.00. Definitely not what I was expecting from them; I would keep looking when it comes to a solar company to use. 3/3/2024 - spoke with Zach through text yesterday and he said he was trying to get Titan Solar to fix the issue of the panels facing in a direction that will not allow 4 of the 20 of them to be more than 1/2 efficient of what they should be.I fulfilled my part which is to call My energy company who went through my bill line by line and pulled up pricing for each which solidified the price is correct. Titan Solar at this point seems to be who I need to focus on getting this fixed by and Zach said he will continue working on it; waiting to see how it plays out but Zach is definitely keeping up on things. 62024: company that Zach used went bankrupt and I lost my warranty. Zach has never reached out again.

I recently had solar panels installed and worked with William as my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. William took the time to explain the system, financing options, and long-term benefits clearly. He made the process smooth from start to finish and followed up to ensure everything went as planned. Overall, a great experience – highly recommend working with William and this company if you're considering going solar!

Great work! Next Level Solar was able to get my system installed yesterday and everything went pretty smooth. They are really efficient and on point. The employees were willing to work with me on the designs how I had requested. Really happy with the outcome.

Was working with Alex for solar panels, decided that we didn't want them. Zach convinced us to get them. A week or two before the installation date, Zach called the bank that our loan was with and canceled our loan without our knowledge. Got us a new loan without our knowledge and a different installer. We decided not to go solar. Now Zach has trying to charge us $5000. for nothing, threatening to put a lein on our home and numerous harassing phone calls. Not good people to deal with. FRAUDS

Next Level Solar USA – Hialeah, FL I am a customer from Erie PA I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with Next Level Solar USA. After signing a contract with them, I received a better proposal from another company. I gave Next Level Solar USA a fair chance to match the offer, and they assured me they could. They presented what seemed like a comparable proposal — but when it came time to sign the updated contract, I discovered they had quietly changed key system specifications without notifying me. When I questioned the change, they admitted they couldn't match the price unless they downgraded the system — a classic bait-and-switch tactic. I told them I no longer trusted the company and wanted to cancel. Up until that point, we had reached only the site visit and survey stage — I never even received a final system design. Yet, they began threatening me with a cancellation fee, despite the fact that they failed to deliver the product as promised and breached my trust. Now I’m left wasting time and energy fighting something that could have been handled with honesty and professionalism. This experience raised serious concerns about their transparency and ethics. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable, straightforward solar service.

This place is garbage been on roof for over a year still get same electric bill I always got. No one has came out to check and see what is going on . When you call they say they are generating power well if they are i would like to know where it is going. Complete scam do not do business with this place
