Everyone we worked with demonstrated true integrity and professionalism. Their electrician even identified a completely separate issue with the EV charging receptacle installed by our home builder, which could have caused a fire if left unaddressed. We’re incredibly grateful for their thoroughness and expertise. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would 100% work with them again. Top notch. Dillan and his company are the best. After struggling for years trying to find someone who was qualified to service my liquid cooled Generac generator, I discovered Nomic Power Solutions and Dillan. He was on time, courteous, and extremely qualified. In less than two hours he had diagnosed and repaired what my previous contractor had been trying to solve for over three months. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing emergency generator service and wanting a professional company with talented and qualified employees. They truly set the standard when it comes to Generac service and repair.

Nomic Power Solutions was professional and detailed-oriented from the get-go. The initial presentation could not have gone better. Cody, being the first person from the company that you meet, makes a great impression based on his knowledge and ability to communicate. Cody worked with us to assess our needs and preferences, and came up with a great plan for our home (we had an estimate on the first visit). The project, led by Ryan, was handled in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Secoya, Manny, and Luke handled the electrical portion of the project, and they were clearly committed to producing an excellent result. Nomic works well with the City of Austin and they were able to obtain all needed permits and meet with city inspectors without issue. The entire process went smoothly and everyone showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. We are very happy to have the peace of mind that a whole house generator brings. We would highly recommend this company and found them a pleasure to work with!

This was a great team to buy a Generac from. Start to finish they were on their A game. They arrived on time and cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend their Maintenance plan as well. That should help keep things running smoothly when needed. Five Stars for Nomic Power Solutions!

Luke and Dillon performed an annual maintenance on my Generac, I was very impressed with their communication, timeliness, knowledge, consequently I signed up for Nomic’s annual plan. I stayed with them as they performed service, effective, efficient, and they kept the area clean. I also liked how organized their tools were along with the inside of their van, that says a lot. 5-Stars, a rare rating from me, Luke/Dillon/Nomic deserve it! Highly recommended

In summary: an ideal project with an exceptional company. I knew nothing about generators when I decided to look for one, but I had been through two prolonged electrical outages at my house within a short period, and I thought there was probably worse to come. I checked reviews and decided to talk to Nomic first. I was very impressed by their professionalism and the care they took to answer all my questions. They were extremely easy and pleasant to work with. They never missed an appointment, and they completed the installation on schedule. I really appreciated that they came to my house at completion and thoroughly demonstrated the system and explained what to expect. There were no problems at all during the installation, and I have peace of mind now with the maintenance plan I chose, knowing that Nomic is keeping watch over the generator.
