The technician showed up on time and was very informative. Explained everything about what was going on with airconditioner. Had a new heating and air conditioner replaced today 10/22/2025. Both gentlemen that showed up was very courteous and very clean picking up after them self. Was very impressed with how they worked and also their knowledgement of the equipment. Would highly recommend Notheast Mechanical Services.
Always quick and easy to work with. Never feel like in being taken advantage of. Have had Josh out a few times over the years and he is so helpful. Best place to call if yoy have heating or cooling problems!
Today was our second time using Northeast Mechanical and they always deliver exceptional service. Nik and Brayden were the young men who repaired our unit today and they were amazing, knowledgeable and eager to do a great job. It is rare to encounter young men with such professional behavior. This company is honest, reliable and fast. They will always get my recommendation!!

Logan is the best - he has come out for repairs and for maintenance and every time we have had a great experience. I really like the annual maintenance membership. We started last year and they called me to schedule my fall maintenance. I would have forgotten to call and schedule it so I’m thankful they sent a text to remind me and we were able to schedule it through messaging very easily. Always a great company to work with.
Extremely professional in delivering excellent customer service. Technician Logan did a great job at explaining the problem and how the issue would be resolved. He included pictures of the problem before and after.
The best mechanical contractor! Very responsive and knowledgeable. Tommy and his team have helped us out twice. Very respectful of my time and my home. Super polite and nice. I wouldn't call anyone else!
