I had a great experience from start to finish. I normally have terrible anxiety when it comes to moving. Thanks to this company, I truly had no issues with a very professional, easy, speedy move. I especially praise Eric who managed the logistics efficiently and was very personable. His reassurance of handling my specific concerns and requests was extremely encouraging and comforting. Overall, it was a better experience than expected; and so much better than trying to do this all myself, with a uhaul and random helpers. I highly recommend this company!

Dependable, extremely reliable. Moved me cross country without any problems. Huge move for me, NYC to the southwest. Friendly, empathetic, efficient service. Trustworthy. Would use again but I'm hoping I won't need them because i don't want to move, but if I had to, I would use them again. Ve careful out there. Many disreputable movers out there. Got cheated out of 2k by another mover. Northeastern movers are the ones to use, whether long distance or local. They made a big and difficult move that much easier. They handled my furniture with care, protected it with blanket wrapping, and nothing was damaged in the move. Every single piece of furniture was intact like it never moved. Martin and his team at Northeastern Movers were awesome and turned my panic into a smooth transition. They got my car picked up and moved in less than 24 hours. Customer service, sense of urgency, and communication are lacking so often nowdays so the fact that Martin and his team made it happen for me really stood out.
