Efrain is a true professional. Spent approximately 3 hours at our prospective property and sent us an extremely detailed comprehensive report in less than 24 hours! He used the latest technology to conduct the inspection and took plenty of illustrative pictures. He also pulled permit history and offered helpful recommendations. Efrain is the only inspector you need! Look no further. I have used two other inspectors in the past 3 years so I have a baseline to compare and he is by far the best. I found him through the national home inspector exam website so his knowledge is taken a step further than just state licensing. He is extremely thorough. When I was researching Inspectors, I learned that the most difficult credential to obtain, is passing the NHIE exam (55% pass rate). So I used the NHIE database to find the closest inspector. I have now used Efrain of NxtMove Inspections, 3 times. His inspections are very thorough. His reports are straightforward for a lay person to read. There was one oversight the second time I used him, but he readily acknowledged the oversight. I respect any business owner who does that, rather than denying it, as some businesses do. In addition to acknowledging the oversight, he fully rectified it, and went above & beyond, what was indicated. I would highly recommend Efrain, to anyone needing a home inspector.
