Oscar is the man! He came to work on some malfunctioning lights at my house and did a great job for a great price. When he arrived he was really patient and listened to me as I showed him the issues. Then he assessed the panel before moving to each individual switch. He took a holistic approach to understand my home’s electrical layout but still worked efficiently and quickly to resolve the problems. He’s very detailed oriented and clever with his diagnostics. He also taught me a few things and helped me to understand what was happening so I could theoretically fix these kinds of issues in my own if they ever happen again. To me, that’s service above and beyond. In addition to all that, he’s just a really friendly, polite guy. I saved his number, which I never do for these kinds of services. But I know exactly who to call the next time I need something.

I had difficulty with my breakers tripping consistently over night. Called Oscar this morning and he was over promptly in less than 1.5 hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly and also made sure to explain to me in detail multiple times what went wrong. His price was extremely fair and was very professional. Happy to know he’s in the neighborhood and will hire him for any other issues that pop up

Can’t recommend ODM enough!! I had a breaker problem causing a complete power outage to multiple outlets and called at 930am on a Friday hoping it could be addressed before the weekend.
