Lisa is a horrible manager! I used to love doing business here but now the customer service sucks! The store is filthy too with raggedy broken equipment.

Horrible Experience. I asked the girl in the printing area (Black Younger Gal) for help and she tells me to read the instructions printed. I told or I did and had a question about the thickness of paper I was wanting to use, and she rolls her eyes at me and says it’s gonna be a while. I guarantee you this place will be out of business sooner than later if they keep up with that type of customer service. The lines were backed up as well. I went in on 9/10/25. I will definitely be looking for somewhere else to use our office services. This was horrible.

Destiny at the w Craig rd location was exceptional and so kind! She did an incredible job at making sure I got what I needed and had a wonderful attitude. So happy with her customer service.

Very unprofessional and shady! I ordered a new Laptop online and picked it up in store. The sales associate hands me the box and I immediately noticed that the seal on the box was broken. I questioned the sales associate about the open box and she said that they opened it in store as "quality control" but when I looked inside the box it was missing the power cord and adapter. I also pointed out that the box should have remained sealed or it’s considered open box not new. They tried to sell me an open box with items missing as a new laptop. I questioned them about it being open box and the rude manager came running over accusing me of swearing at the sales associate, ripped the box out of my hand and proceeded to issue a refund. She wouldn’t look at me and ignored my question about the open box saying I swore at her sales associate. I said that I didn’t swear at anyone and the manager then called me a liar. The only liars were the employees who tried to sell me an open box item as new. The manager wouldn’t answer my questions other than saying "nope" to everything I said and wouldn’t make eye contact with me. I told her that this behavior was unacceptable and I would be contacting corporate to which she sarcastically replied "good". She’s a horrible manager with zero communication skills and I see in other reviews that I am not the only person who has had a similar issue with this rude manager with a bad attitude. I will NEVER shop in this store again! I don’t appreciate being accused of swearing at someone and then to be called a liar!

My husband and I I went in to buy a couple items. We asked an employee for help because we could find on so the items we needed. No sooner than we confirmed that the store was out of what we needed, the store clerk came back and said the store was closed and we needed to check out. My husband was grabbing a calendar and then another employee came to tell us that we needed to check out or leave! that the store was closed. It was very rude my husband put down what we were going to purchase and decided to walk out. We can spend our money elsewhere. I feel that if it is such an issue then you would think they would have announced that they were closing when we walked in or an overhead page this is not a mom and pop shop this is a large corporation. My husband worked in retail for years, and he would never speak to a customer and kick him out this way it was just uncalled for. Will shop at staples from now on.

The store on W. Craig Rd. is negligently understaffed. I asked a brunette associate named Shay if she knew where the RFID sleeves were and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "I have no idea". That's it , no I'll check on or sorry sir give me a minute or nothing . It's not her fault they are understaffed but she really needs to change her attitude and practice better customer service .

Great service Erica greeted us well in and attended us with respect and was awesome !
