Office Depot

I am a life coach and an author. I depend on Office Depot for my printing needs, there is never a line in the copy center yet I can never get anything copied or printed from a jump drive the same day. The copy center employees are completelyincompetent even when I have dropped stop off.....this stores print center is the worst!!!!!! Not one employee in the entire store can tell me where an item is...any of the 5 times I've been here. For now on I will save myself the frustration and just go the the office depot on Airline.....their staff is better and the gentleman running the copy center actually knows what he is doing and the different weights in paper.....which is important to me.

I want to say a big thanks to Kayla because she is awesome! Lately I didn't have good experience with another people here, just don't being nice, or push me away that they don't have time for me but if she is there? Everything works!

Jonathan did a great job helping me pick the perfect computer desk.

Spent 2 evenings trying to self print documents. The first day I was told that google drive was not possible but other listed services could be used. I spent the next day transferring everything I needed to drop box as the number of files I needed to print would not attach to a single email. Went back to find out you can only self print through their email service or using a flash drive. Hours could have been saved if they had let me know this the first night I was there. I interacted with the same associate both times.

I am sharing this because I think the manager and corporate individuals need to know about my experience today at the Office Depot on 70th Street in Shreveport, La. I encountered the most disrespectful young man in your store today. He was working the register his name is Chris. There are no words other than to say that he should not be working with the public. His overall attitude and demeanor was incomprehensible. Had I not been pushed for time I would have asked to see the manager while I was in the store. He, Chris, obviously did not want to be at work today. We all have bad days but that does not warrant you taking that out on your customers. Had there been another source for me to buy what I needed today I would have left. I am completely floored by this encounter today.

This is the best Office Depot you will find in the Shreveport/ Bossier area. The Printing department is top notch, don't even bother going to the other office depots. This is the place to get it all done.
