Office Depot

I'm a officer of a private club in Chattanooga, myself and another officer went to Office Depot on Brainerd Road to have over 100 applications copied. and to purchase 2000 first class forever stamps for our mailings. We were waited on by a young man named Troy. He immediately looked at my DD-214 cap and ask if I was a veteran. and that our purchase was eligible for a military discount if I was. He asked to see some ID that showed I was a veteran. I provided some Id and all was good. He was very courteous and did an excellent job with the copies. We could not be more pleased with our interaction with Troy and outcome.. Thank you Troy. Tommy and Jim

Troy is the best employee Office Depot could ever hope to have. He heard me out even after I arrived late to pick up an order and opened the doors for me. Great customer service Office Depot you don’t deserve this man.

Absolutely horrible store... The prices on the shelf do not ring up at the register correctly. Several items stocked under $11.69 price at the register they tried to charge us $30. Spoke to sales associate showed her the issue her response was too bad. We will be using another office supply store for our small business needs in the future. *Update went to Walmart and found the same items for a third less! Stop wasting money with these guys.

Shoutout to Aiden for all his help! I walked in unprepared and procrastinated on materials I needed for an event in two days. He patiently helped walk me through formatting and gave his expert opinion on sizing for a banner and business cards. Give this man a raise!

Troy went above and beyond to help us. We wasn't sure if HDMI to HDMI would allow us to extend the display on a monitor we were wanting to buy so he hooked it up to show us among many other things. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and spent a lot of time making sure we were taken care of. It's hard to find people willing to go the extra mile nowadays. He deserves a raise!

I love their loyalty program. We came to use the print center. You used to be able to use their computers to print, now due to Ransomware you must email your documents to an associate and they will print for you. Not too bad since they offer free WiFi! This store has an interesting smell and had more trash on the floor than others I've been to, although this might be due to the age of the building and the carpet.

SERVICE IN STORE IS GOOD. SEVICE ON YOUR PHONES IS SORRY. CANT ANYBODY TO ANSWER. CALLED 3 TIMES AND STILL ON HOLD. HAVE PRINTER ORDERED AND CANT TALK TO ANY BODY TO SEE WHEN. SORRY MANAGEMENT
