If there were negative buttons on this app it would definitely be negative -5. While attempting to make large copies today I approached the large print desk. I encountered Keisha and Nicholas. At the time I was the only person in line with 45 minutes left to closing. Upon walking to the desk Keisha mumbled "no, no, no, no." She then began shaking her head no. Nicholas, which stated that he is the manager then said, " we can't print twenty pages of that, you have to place an an order and it may take days to complete." I then asked Keisha why she shook her head no before I even asked the question. At that point Nicholas and Keisha both attacked me raising their voices and over speaking my every word. I then began recording the incident and they calmed down. However, they were still being disrespectful. Subsequently, Justin another employee assisted myself and other customers while Keisha and Nicholas disappeared. In retrospect, Nicholas definitely should not manage this store or any other stores. He doesn't understand customer service at all. He also doesn't know how to effectively communicate to people. Keisha will cause this company to lose revenue as well sa customers. No need foe an employee that lies and refuses to help customers. Worst office depot in Florida. Lower case office depot...
