Tried to bring a print job in there that wasn’t an immediate hurry. I could tell the guy behind the counter was frazzled cause he was busy, I told him there wasn’t a hurry, but still was incredibly annoyed. Didn’t seem to wanna take the job. I spoke with the manager, who said sorry, there’s only three of them there. I can understand when companies are busy, but no need to be rude and turn business away. I didn’t even need this print job for a week. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Went to go and have some Plans printed on 1/6/25. Really simple request since I only needed 4 sheets. I waited for 15 minutes until even acknowledged. Once I begrudgingly was addressed I was told I had a set of plans ahead of me and it won’t be until tomorrow. It was like I was bothering the guy - literally I was the only person at the counter. This is not the first time this has happened. I understand it’s hard to find good employees but this place makes Circle K employees look like rockstars. Never going back and I hope their horrible attitude and service improves. If they worked for me I’d fire all of them. Leo W

Bruce the print manager was one of the most helpful and kind people I’ve met in a while. My print order I’d submitted online had issues (because of online system, not this location or its employees) but Bruce was able to help me get it taken care of quickly and with kindness.

Not many of these left. Its a shame because Office Max is cheaper for printing and scanning documents on the go than Staples and FedEx/UPS Store in my experience.

Had to print out my flyer. About to have a busy week, and getting myself prepared strive in my career, occupation, and business opportunities. I even did my best to complete my task before they close, and I finished after closing. I apologized for staying late while I was already gathering up my things to head out. I was being polite until one of the staffs (a shorter male) gave me an attitude, argued at me, and threatened to call the cops on me. He could have at least politely ask me to leave because they’re closing. Never have I ever have any issues with an associate at an Office Depot/Max store. I am never coming back to this location again. I felt provoked when he threatened to call the cops on me when I did nothing wrong. I am also autistic and have severe ADHD and do what I can do to work around them. This is THE WORST experience I’ve ever had with an Office Max store. Apparently, that store associate has no people skills at all. I do not work well with argument and had anxiety when the associate argued at me and threatened to call the cops on me. I’ll stick with using an online print shop, or a local shop near my home to print out my flyers, stickers, etc from now on. Enough is enough with going through alot!!! I’m stressed enough and trying to live comfortably!!

"Chad" who claims to be the store manager, but actually works in the print department is the definition of why people are fed up with other people. The effort he puts in to being obnoxious and disrespectful far exceeds the amount of effort It would’ve taken to provide customer service, which is after all his job and obligation in exchange for a paycheck. I spend a couple thousand a year on printing blueprints here. I will be going elsewhere now. He will talk to you as if it’s your fault They don’t have the printer paper and then tell you he’s the store manager (who should probably be the one responsible for making sure they dont run out of printer paper?) and then retaliates by canceling your oder when he wants to argue about the definition of the word "Glitch" when trying to explain what typically happens to my orders when placed on the website) this is a clear example of why customer service is so important, the mesa store has now lost me as a customer and I will drive further out of my way to use this store in Scottsdale I just placed my order with. Experience matters and if you dont like your job go get a new one done make it the customers problem. Five minutes after this horrible energy and phone call with Chad. I talked to a wonderful gentleman at the Scottsdale store that was extremely helpful and located my order that was incorrectly sent to California yet again because the website has horrible glitches when you try to upload blueprints for print. Hi Chad, if you’re reading this good luck on your new job Hunt! I hope you find happiness in your new career. Printing is not for you.
