I've had many different companies do work for me and I highly recommend olive air to do all your work out there for any air conditioning needs, I sure would like to give them a 10 plus plus rating from sales to install, definitely one of the best, all my concerns were answered respectfully. You guys knocked it out of the park, again. Matthew is an exceptional. I have seen him progress from apprentice, to an air-conditioning service agent. His tenacity to check everything is very noticeable when you listen to the evaluation of the service he provided your complete system. Excellent decision to add Matthew to your, "Olive Tree". He and your company are the best for my home environment.

Javier and others did a great job on my installation requests. They added a new return plenum, a new air return vent and supply vent in my master bedroom. Friendly service and more reasonable price than quoted by other companies. Looking forward to the bi-annual maintenance!

Javier was kind enough to perform our scheduled maintenance. He was very professional and more importantly showed up on time with text/phone communication throughout the whole process. In terms of repair/suggestions, he did give us multiple options to be able to outweigh the cost vs benefits. I think that was very professional of him and it showed that he was willing to work with us and at the same time expressed his concerns for AC / Heating safety. Javier was very professional while performing the AC tune up. He also took his time to be very thorough and informative. He explained everything very well and checked in multiple times if I had any questions. He was very respectful of the house and even took his time to clean up any dust that fell when accessing the units. He had recommended some suggested repairs which was supported by pictures and video. Hands down one of the best technicians to service the AC units.
