Exceptional AC Repair Experience – Honest, Professional, and Customer-Focused I had a truly exceptional experience with Olympic when they came to repair my AC. I was originally working through American HomeShield, who had assigned a different contractor. That contractor failed to diagnose the issue properly and instead recommended a full replacement, which would have cost me $6,000. I wasn’t satisfied and requested a different contractor — and thankfully, that's how I found Olympic. From my very first interaction, I was impressed by their professionalism, honesty, and a genuine customer-first approach, which is increasingly rare these days. Rather than pushing for a replacement, they actually took the time to diagnose and fix the issue. Derrik, the technician, was incredibly friendly, patient, and approachable. He worked with a smile and explained things clearly — which made a big difference in building trust. Thanks to Olympic, my AC was up and running again — and all it cost me was $400. In contrast to the earlier $6,000 estimate, this was a huge relief. A special mention to Tom, the owner, who personally answered my call at one point. He was empathetic, down-to-earth, and made sure I was taken care of and put me on a immediate schedule. He followed through on his promise, which meant a lot. Even the staff who answered the phones were courteous and friendly — something I truly appreciated. Having dealt with many service providers in the past, I can confidently say this was a uniquely positive experience. Olympic has absolutely earned my trust, and I’ll be recommending them to friends and family without hesitation. A well-deserved 5-star review!

Exceptional Service and Workmanship! I recently had my hot water heater replaced by Olympic Plumbing and Heating, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Dex and his helper did an outstanding job—the pipework was done meticulously and professionally, and they left the work area even cleaner than they found it. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were top-notch. The replacement process was delayed by my home warranty company, which took over three weeks to approve the repair. Throughout this frustrating period, Desiree and Tom in the Olympic office were incredibly helpful, patient, and proactive in assisting me with the approval process. Their professionalism and customer service were truly appreciated. I’m extremely pleased that I chose Olympic Plumbing and Heating for this job, and I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. My goodness, while I've had nothing but super experience with To & Olympic Heating,A/C etc the past 4 years, Tom recently outdid himself while we were far from home on vacation. With temps at home below 20 degrees outside, NEST told me that our inside temp was in the low 50s at home. Nothing i did on NEST moved the needle in the right direction. One email/text to Tom and within hours he had his staff on our emergency and our heat restored! BRAVO Olympic!!

Derek and Hector are consummate professionals. They analyzed the problem and took the time to correctly solve the issue. They even waited for the water company to come (an extra little blip in a complicated repair), and stayed with me through the entire process. I cannot say enough for this company. A shout out to the owner, Tom, and the office manager Desiree as well. For something that was very stressful to me, they made everything remarkably smooth And I actually felt very confident in their being able to fix the problem.
