My air conditioner stopped working late last night. I submitted a service request through my home warranty company, AHS, and within 12 hours, Omerson Mechanical had my unit up and running again. Omerson mechanical installed a new furnace and AC coil in my home. Their level of expertise, and the quality of their work was absolutely outstanding! They even noticed that my water heater (which was installed by another company) was not installed correctly as per city/state code, and corrected those issues for me. Elvis, the technician who installed these components was friendly, a subject matter expert, and conducted his work with the utmost level of professionalism. I highly recommend these true professionals!

I've been attempting to use this company for an air conditioner replacement through our home warranty. They had to work hard to get through the review and approval process. 12 days ago they stated they would have the approval email within 24 hours and I've been completely ghosted since then. Have sent several understanding texts, have called and left a message, all with no response. We have been going through this process since Mid May and it looks like I'm going to have to start over with another company. Very sorry and disappointed to have to go that route, as I always prefer working with family owned businesses. Hope they are ok, but I'm not sure what else I can do.

Mr.Sameer helped out greatly, fixed the issue and my A/C is running efficiently at a fraction of cost.Compared to other company who asked to replace the unit for 6-8k. Highly recommended Omerson mechanical.
