Omnia is an excellent company to deal with as General Contractor. Every time we have a job walk through, Steven has always showed up on time and Harris has been super-fast in providing accurate estimate based on Steven’s Walk through which I find it amazing. They are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either. Vinny from the office has been great coordinating / dispatching guys on site whenever we made a request. The technicians are very knowledgeable as well. As a GC, we look for professionals who knows what they are doing and from my experience, OMNIA Mechanical group is IT. Never disappointed us with DOB inspections and close outs. Everything's done according to the books and accurately.

Avoid this company like the plague. I bet all the positive reviews are fake. I hired Omnia to fix a dripping shower head. It had a slow drip. The shower had been renovated in 2023. It simply needed a new cartridge or tightening up. I debated doing it myself or calling a plumber. I wish I had not called Omnia. It should have been an easy fix, but they billed me $1400+ -- for time spent driving around for hours -- and they did not even fix the problem. It still drips! They are either totally incompetent or fraudsters. Even though they list an "info" email on their website, the email does not work. It gets returned as "Undeliverable." They list a "help" email on the invoice -- if you have "concerns" -- but that also gets bounced back as "Undeliverable." When you call and ask to speak to a manager or the owner, they tell you "he will call you back," but they do not return the call. Twitter or the BBB may get their attention.

This company is skilled, reliable, knowledgeable and accommodating in terms of scheduling and explaining the framework and specifics of the work to be done. We used them recently for our apartment boiler and they did a great job. We will surely use them again in the future.

From the moment that I was first in touch with the sales personnel at your company I was treated as one of the family. I was looking to have my heating system fixed but it was shown that a new unit would be less expensive that attempting to find replacement parts for the existing system. The new system installed by their professional team is more powerful and yet more efficient than the old system. I am very satisfied with the work performed and I definitely will be using them for any additional work that they are qualified to perform/

These guys are terrific!! Came when they said they would, assessed our needs and wants, ordered us a necessary new sink, and installed everything beautifully. Ultimate professionals, and friendly to boot—I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

The crew was professional and I am satisfied with the work. I will use your company again and recommend you to others. The only reason I didn't give you a "great" rating was because no support was provided for the horizontally mounted expansion tank. I am an HVAC tech, so I installed the threaded rod and super strut to support the expansion tank.
