Orchards Feed

My favorite feed store in Vancouver, WA .. I buy Nature's Pellets for my cat Tribbles, who is a Tortieshell.. I use the pellets for her potty box. I get a 40 lb bag of pellets for under $9 vs the small bags you find at other stores that cost over $15 .. my last visit there they had a Tortie colored bunny sitting up on the counter, just grooming itself in its own lil world

Huge rose selection and nice friendly people inside. Small petting "zoo" out front for kids with donkeys, goats and chickens etc. variety of farm and house pet supplies.

This is a wonderful, clean and friendly feed store with loads of products and helpful employees! Being new Chicken parents we are learning on the job. Their employees are very knowledgeable and very willing to take the time to answer questions. And, they have products in stock and on their shelves. Loved my visit! We'll be back for sure!

Lots to offer and a pretty centralized location! I was impressed by the amount of cat food options! They seemed to have had anything and everything you could need or want for any type of animal, but they are a bit pricey. They also have all the things for gardening. The staff are friendly, they have a decent restroom, and an upstairs full of things including toys!

Had what I needed. What it lacks is customer service. The kid behind the counter could not have been less interested, making me hoist my heavy bag of dog food three times onto the counter to scan. There were no carts out front so I had to lug it around the store. Not once did someone who worked there offer a hand, and especially not the cashier.

Spoke with a gentleman named Steve at the store this evening trying to explain my situation about a purchase I had made at another store in Oregon this week. I the purchase was under $40. When I explained to him I didn't understand that when I made the purchase that it needed to be returned to the store it was purchased in his comment to me was "whose fault is that" what a condescending remark. If this is your customer service good luck! I will figure out how to make my return without the help of Steve's rude comments I am sure if I was a guy this would have been a more professional conversation Steve must of thought he was talking to his wife if he has one or maybe this is how Steve treats women. I will never shop at an Ace again what a horrible human.

There is nothing better than the memories of my past that come back when I walk through this store. Store always looks well organized. The displays that they have add to the modernization of the rural communities that have made this their place to shop for generations. A jewel of the past in my book. Glad ya'll have kept this as true to its beginnings as you have.
