Just happened now 9:48 am Sunday I went to the Store and was tall white guy with the green eye. I say good morning he looked to me like down eye and he ignored my Greetings and I said again good morning and he like don’t like say good morning his execute oh I didn’t answer you because I was do something. I told him you just hold the paper and you dropped on desk do I should pay him for say good morning back ! It’s was my favorite store at Neighbourhood but absolutely I will not go back again !

Well stocked for sure. They had a starter for a 1970 VW Karmann Ghia in stock for under $100. And when I had trouble with my install and went back I got good advice and boom I’m back on the road. So glad they moved in

These guys are very knowledgeable and very kind. When I went to the store to buy parts for my race car I was floored by the customer service.

I went into O'Reillys to purchase oil for my car, which I have done a few times in the past. They would price match to their competitors prices and give out generous deals. The employees have always been considerate and knowledgeable, until today. Juan, who said he was the general manager of the store, was at the counter eating. I asked if he could help me out. His response was "I guess, if I have to...". I had the oil in my hand and mentioned to him the price matching deal I've always had previously and he said he would simply not do that, nor look up my name in the system to see that this was done before. At that time I asked for his name and for the manager of the store. He rudely said it is me, snatched the product from my hands, and yelled at me to leave the store. I need a response in regards to this awful employee. There is no way anyone should have to deal with someone like him at a nice place like this.

Stopped to buy coolant. While on the road. Asked for military discount. Retired. I Putin my data. Then they gave me a sing song about computer, and other non discounted possible problem. Then supervisor said coolant was not a discount. Asked that my data be removed from system. They did nothing. Don't stop here... I paid full price and gave my full data. If I was told before. I would be glad to pay for price. PerryO
