I came in the store this morning. Not sure what the lady name is. I think she was the GM. She was very pleasant this morning when I needed it the most. Having car trouble can put you in a mood. Tell her thank you for her kindness.
My son went in the 70th street location today to return some coolant, because it wasn't the right kind or color. The lady sales associate remembered him from the night before and asked, " didn't you just buy this?" My son told her he had and she responded with, "That's all yall do buy and return stuff." Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that what you're supposed to do with things you've purchased but dnt need? The audacity to be irritated that you now have to do your job is insanity. O'Reilly's associates do better!
DOROTHY IS THE BEST!!! SHE GETS THE JOB DONE!! HER ATTITUDE IS THE BEST AND SHE DOESNT MIND HELPING!! I LOVE HER TO DEATH! I WOULD DRIVE MILES Out OF THE WAY JUST TO COME SEE HER!! THANKS DOROTHY, YOU DEFINITELY NEED EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR OR SOMETHING!!!!

As far as engine wise DO NOT BUY A ENGINE FROM O'REILLY because the company they deal with do not do good business..they send out faulty engines even when they suppose to be like new.. then want your mechanic to make repairs to a what suppose to be newly remanufactured engine..they put after market lifters in the engines which causes the engine to malfunction..and when you request they send you out a new replacement they send you a used engine that is of lesser value because they have to pay the installation which cost a thousand plus dollars which will allow them to break even on engine cost and installation and in the end its all at your inconvenient and your cost...Any automotive company that sells engines and transmission on behalf of POWERTORQUE stay away from them..nothing but headache and problems..
