Just want to give a big shout out to Jason and his team at O'reilly's from us here at Burke operations, this is truly the best store I have ever been in everybody at this location and the community was very helpful to getting us back on the road and moving again. If you're broke down in this location I would highly recommend Jason and his team at O'reilly's they have your back

I showed up with near catastrophic engine failure in my recently purchased 2013 ford transit about a week ago… needless to say, I was helped out immediately. Not only was the advice beyond helpful; but I believe the young man’s name is Christian, he looked young with lighter colored hair. That’s beside the point; however, I just want to make sure that man is recognized for his superior customer service skills. Not only was his knowledge of EVERYTHING spot on, he was able to help guide me throughout the entire process of getting out the threads of a spark plug that was tightened too far, causing only the threads to be stuck in the head. He knew exactly which extractor I needed; exactly which thread insert I needed to replace the threads of a stripped ignition coil hole and also the complete sizes of the bolt I’d need to be able to install my new plug and coil. I honestly wish I had more money that day because he deserved at least a $100 tip from but I was so tight on cash that I couldn’t afford to tip him what he deserved for saving me soooo much money. This man truly goes above and beyond and I’ll be forever grateful for him and his elite help. May he please get the recognition he deserves. And I’m sure if he sees this review that he’ll know exactly who he helped out that day, just wanted to give you a huge thank you.

Went to O'Reilly this morning for a 5 amp fuse. The manager jason(?) Helped me find the correct fuse and even put it in for me. Great customer service! I will return

I went to O'Rileys yesterday in seek of help and Steven went above and beyond for me at the Capital Circle location. I got a new car battery installed and it wasn't working. So he took time to access the problem, clean everything needed under the hood, replace certain parts and made my car crank again. He also made sure I got the best deal and warranty on the new battery. The team at this store is very professional and caring. Excellent service. I don't know what I would've done without them. Extremely helpful, I had a headlight out on my Tahoe & those are extremely hard to get too. The employee went above and beyond to help me get it changed and fixed!
