O'Reilly Auto Parts

Just an overall lazy crew in store. They have 0 sense of urgency. There are a few employees that take it serious and make me feel proud to stick to O'Reilly's. The Richmond location has turned into a drag and I will not be returning when I've come at least 2-3 times a month for the past 2 years. I can't ever get someone on the phone, I can't tell you how many times I've been at the counter and watched them pick the phone up irritated and ask them to hold while scrunching their face up for the world to see. So unprofessional, A few bad apples seem to have spoiled what was such a good team

Best auto parts store experience I've ever had. Pete went above and beyond to not only help me find the right parts, but get them delivered quickly. At first I was just gonna go to another store, but he went the extra mile and convinced me to let him take care of it - which he certainly did! O'Reillys is usually the last parts store I check, but from now on, it's gonna be my first stop every time!

#4745 worst store ever! Yest I dropped off battery to get it charged. They said come back in 2 hours. I arrived back around 736 PM store closes at 8. Open sign off no one answering door. Today I asked why they closed early, the response I got was they had stuff to do.

Was told my mechanic friend to come here and get brake rotors and pads for rear brake system. Despite giving the employee all the information about my vehicle make and model they gave me the wrong size brake rotors, on top of the fact they didn't have the pads I needed in stock, so I had to pay for them and drive 10 miles down the road to another store and pick up the pads. I only learned they gave me the wrong size rotors after both rear tires had been removed and the old rotors were off the vehicle. My friend's wife had to contact yet ANOTHER store location and then drive to that 3rd location to pick up the correct size. My friends wife stuck up for me and was able to convince the manager of the 3rd location to split the $85 difference in price of the correct size rotors for the hassle and waste of time, energy, and gas. I appreciated that manager at that 3rd location (on Rt 10) for acknowledging that this mistake was unnecessary and preventable. I won't be going to this 1st location again .

Was looking to buy a battery call another O'Reilly store to get the price before hand ask woman cashier Night crew and she gave me the price for the Highest Price battery I didn't buy (I knew they had the battery)i drove to your Mechanicsville location and they had the battery but I asked the cashier to check their Jeff Davis location he told me yes they had some there also
