AAA told me to stop in after jumping my battery caused a number of lights to flash. Christian and William were so helpful with my car and even answered additional questions. Thankfully the car is fine — and thanks to those two I know it!
I will never visit this store again. The Assistant Manager, Veronica, was completely dishonest and unprofessional. She assured me over the phone that the store would honor a price match, but once I arrived, the experience was entirely different. She kept me waiting for an unreasonable amount of time and seemed to prioritize customers who spoke Spanish, which felt unfair and disrespectful. When she finally spoke with me, she repeatedly interrupted our conversation to talk to other people. In the end, she refused to honor the promised price match, instead quoting a price that was about 40% higher than the verified price at Advance Auto Parts, even after reviewing it. This kind of misleading behavior and poor customer service is unacceptable.
We bought a battery from Costco and came to O’Reilly to buy the tools to install it. Douglas was SUPER helpful in finding the right tools and guiding us through the process. Both my husband and I were floored by his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, it’s hard to find service people like him these days where everything is very transactional.
Came in to buy oil for a thirsty car, walked away super impressed by how courteous and professional the staff was this afternoon. Even as I left the guy answering the phone was super friendly sounding. Top notch, I was delighted and totally not expecting it. Definitely coming back here for my thirsty car
They had everything that I wanted but at a higher price than a few other stores or online. No one was rude to me there
I have made over 30 recent purchases totaling thousands of dollars and still get treated like I'm nobody. I'm in the shop up to 3 times a week, you would think someone would know my name? They don't price match for me. If I have a question, most of the time they do not know the answer and rarely look it up. I shop there because I have no other place to go that is close to where I live. They never have the inexpensive part available even though my computer/phone says it's in stock and I almost always end up paying a lot more for something else that needs to be shipped. I keep my fingers crossed that they will get new management, or another auto parts store will open up so I can spend my money at a retailer that appreciates my business, remembers me, price matches as advertised, does not assume I'm a liar and make me prove every word I say, does not ignore me and help customers who entered the store after I did, and actually know something about cars/trucks.
I always like how easy it is to find what I need and get out. Staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. This is the place I would send anyone who needs something for their car, and not have to pay an arm and a leg!
