Adrian is such an amazing employee. He helped me change my battery with such a great attitude and was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would 100% ask for him again. The staff in general is very kind and attentive to your needs. I do feel bad because there was a crazy lady in there this morning that didn’t want to wait in line and lost her mind on them for "not helping her" when they were already tied up with other customers. Overall 5 stars! Keep it up (:

Experience was ok had few questions but it seems that I need to figure better options for car care needs as products not matching what I'm looking for.

Carlos and David are legit, they not only helped me out and went above and beyond but they also waited to make sure I got the right parts and stayed open passed the time to make sure I got it right, thanks O’Reilly, these guys are legit!

Mel is the worst worker there should be fired. Made me waste my entire morning sending me to another orileys just to do a warranty swap when they had the part.

Gone are the days when you could walk into one if these places and the guys at the counter would ask if you need help finding anything. Now, they act like they don't have time to stop with their conversations to actually help customers. Manager needs to train staff to stop acting like useless clerks.
