O'Reilly Auto Parts

I had a wonderful experience today at O'Reilly due to very kind and amazing staff. I spoke on the phone with Nicole and was helped inside by I believe Emily. Zach helped me with replacing my battery and he was very informative throughout the process, and also very kind. I would like to thank them all again for their help, service, and kindness.

I went to O'Reilly's last night in the rain and was in need of new windshield wipers immediately. Joshua was very friendly and helpful right away! He went above and beyond to help MW and to ensure I was safe driving back down to Chico. He recommended that I purchase Rain X with my windshield wipers and he was right! It made a world of difference. Not only did he install to wipers but he also applied the Rain X for me! He was so nice, knowledgeable, and just the best customer service ever!!!

Yeah so Brandon helped me today and I just needed a couple of bulbs. I mentioned that I needed something to clean my inside windshields and he went outside and got a can of cleaner. It was his personal cleaner he had in his truck, and he just gave it to me! I will definitely be back for any other car needs in the future.

Really appreciate how helpful these guys always are! Tonight was no exception.. not only did he remember to double check if my previous headlights had a warranty and got me my $50+ back, he explained why spending more money on a certain brand would be a better idea considering the extended warranty and quality and how fast my previous bulbs were burning out (every 4-7months), THEN he helped me install them. New favorite O'REILLYs dude for the win!

These guys always help us out! Later open hours are great for when you unexpectedly need something before you head home. Always friendly service, helpful with answers to my questions, and they even let me borrow some tools once. I’m very pleased with the level of service at O’Reilly Auto Parts, and will definitely keep going back. Thanks a bunch!

Zach T at Oriellys Auto store is the most helpful, respectful and best worker I’ve seen in all retail/sales. He’s the only reason I come to Oriellys, if he worked at AutoZone I’d only go there. I had issues with My Durango and not like other workers I’ve seen at other stores in diffrent counties he’s willing to help you understand and give his best advice he can. He even can outside to check out the car after I was showing him pictures I took. He complimented my vehicle and proceed to look and diagnose my small leak. We noticed clamp off and air not sucking in. I told him if he gave me the tools I’d do it but instead he automatically proceeded to fix the quick issue. I can’t thank him enough for helping me and I will continue to be a loyal Oriellys customer strictly due to Zach T

Staff could use some training on how to treat their customers. Some places just don't realize we are their paycheck.
