Pacific Coast installed my new spa requiring 220v, and 120v for the 55" television and lights. I could not be happier with the superb work and great service. They are extremely knowledgable and explained various options. I highly recommend them.

Jeremy did the analysis on my AC that had stopped working during the heat spell. He was efficient, knowledgeable, thorough , professional,and friendly. He answered all my questions in layman's terms. Cesar and Juan were the technicians who repaired and replaced most of the system. Again they were professional, efficient and friendly. There was a glitch and Jeremy and Chris came right away the next day to install a couple of more parts. I was very satisfied with all of the work and the expertise of the staff. I would definitely recommend this company. It did seem expensive but I had to replace most of the system so I am not sure what the going rate would have been by others.

Great Experience with Roy – Honest and Professional Roy came to our home to check our cooling system, and we were really impressed. He was polite, professional, and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about doing things right. Even though the quote he gave us was a bit more than we expected, we still appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. My husband I want to thank "Christian, Eric, Jesus, Alma, and Juan for their outstanding service for completing our project. We had outdoor flood lights and attic and garage fans installed. Roy came over to fix my broken HVAC. It was thermostat issue and he replaced it with out any charge. He also fixed the dent on the filter intake I have been ignoring for a while. It was a very smooth experience over all and excellent customer service by Roy.

Christopher knows his craft very well. He help me understand the issue with my old heater and help Me understand the new heater and thermostat. He’s great at troubleshooting! Very personable ,easy to talk to .Very informed on air quality safety etc. Very professional , knowledgeable and seasoned! Pacific Coast returns calls promptly and addressed every question I had. Much gratitude!

Jeremy Correa did an amazing job listening to my explanation of what happened, and explaining what he thought the issue was and how much it would cost before getting my agreement to move forward. He was very thorough (and fast!) and even showed me how to avoid the same problem in the future. He also gave recommendations for ways we can improve the efficiency of our HVAC system moving forward. On top of it all, he was extremely friendly and polite. Jeremy is a delight!!
