I thought this deal was too good to be true, no upfront cost and a reasonable monthly charge for electricity. I was averaging $192 per month prior to install the solar panels. I'm now getting bills under $170 total. It's great to see the daily activity of the panels generating more electricity than I use. The ppa I signed with Palmetto saved me over 80 dollars a month compared to the competitor I talked to. Since Palmetto will only raise my payment by 2.9% each year as to the competitor raising it by 3.5% the difference in savings will only grow yearly. Great service on all levels is an added bonus. The savings over what I was paying to National Grid is even more substantial.

Not knowing much about solar, I appreciate the entire operation I have received in the setup, installation, and now the benefits of having solar. I really like how the Tesla Ap shows how much power the panels have produced and the impact of it all. When I’ve had a couple glitches at the beginning of solar production, the support team was most helpful and got any glitches taken care of immediately. The Palmetto Ap is great showing their Support team in helping with anything I may have questions on. Thank you all for such a wonderful team effort all across the board!

Dawn stopped by to discuss solar and after her explanation I knew I needed to come onboard and did. She did an excellent job of explaining everything about solar energy. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions admirably. She even stopped by after Instalation to check on everything.! Wanted to make sure I was happy. The work was completed in one day. I haven’t had to pay much of an electric bill since it was installed. Everything looks great and very professional.

I never review anything online, but I am compelled to say that Palmetto, and particularly my customer care agent Rob McClintock, have been nothing short of spectacular! First class job all the way, and they have been right on top of any needs that have arisen… And my DWP Power Bills have gone down to almost $0, thank you Palmetto!!
