I have been curious about solar for a long time. Shawn assessed our energy usage and determined the number of panels we would need to fit our needs. The system is guaranteed for 25 years with full coverage warranty on the panels and their roof workmanship. We had a choice of buying them out right, or paying for them over time, or leasing them. Installation of the entire system went smoothly and almost effortlessly; HOA approval, city approval, solar panels installation, control box, and meters. Thanks to Shawn. You were there for every step in the process, and all the people involved in making this a satisfying choice to go solar.

In May of 2021 I was talked into solar by Sean Herrick Paramount energy I was promised $1,000 referral fee I had two clients that were supposed to take care of that but they did not qualify so now I am looking to still collect that $1,000 but I cannot reach Sean Herrick I do not know if Paramount energy is still in business every time I call I get this funky message that cuts out on me. I also want to talk to him why I am not getting the full amount of what they say I am supposed to and not getting credit back from sunrun so when I get some satisfaction I will up their referral but until that they're only a two-star company for me

Shawn is genuine, kind and knowledgeable. My husband was skeptical about solar at first, but Shawn took his time to teach us why going solar would be a good idea to help the environment and save money. The team handles everything, got installed last month, and everything went smoothly. It was a great experience!

Attempted to contact them about solar hardware. No one answered the calls from myself or my wife, over the period of 5 hours intermittently. Received a text message reply, regarding my phone call, the next day. Screenshot is uploaded. They are incompetent, and uneducated in the energy department. I would know, as I'm an electrician of 17 years.
