Love this place! Heard about it in a YT video and glad I did. Came in for some rotors nobody else had in stock for a reasonable price. Enter Parts Authority, these guys were quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly they have civilized prices. Will definitely return. Skip the Irishman and the zone just go to these dudes

Tony from the Guadalupe branch answered my call. I was already frustrated with talking to over 23 different parts dealers. He calmly asked me my name and which part I needed for my vehicle. I told him in my frustrated tone that I needed an AC Compressor for my 2013 Buick Verano, which was a complete gong show at every parts stores, online orders and dealerships. Within seconds he gave me multiple options, with everything I wouldn't have thought of needing until I was well into the job. He offered to send me a complete schematic of the parts and installation procedures, he gave me a 2 year warranty and I could pick up the parts the same day and have the vehicle back on the road with total confidence that I have a repaired AC system. 2 days later to my surprise he called me back to check on the progress of my repair, genuinely concerned about my situation and that everything was working flawlessly. I've never received such professional service nor have I ever felt that the sales staff from all of these other companies that I had a relationship with for many years. By a reliable reference I found a real treasure in this company. Thank you Tony for being a friend instead of a salesman. I called for parts and received a fantastic relationship with this business

Great service the gentleman really tried to help me find the right part for my car. Unfortunately they didn't carry it in state .

My first visit was a bit disappointing as far as service counter interactions go. They did have the parts I need at a good price. My second and third visits were much better. The employees were attentive and helpful.

Best customer services and prices in auto parts. From here on out I will be checking parts authority before autozone or any of the other retail auto parts stores. They went out of their way to get a small gasket to their store from an outside vendor within two hours on their own accord. Highly recommended if you dont want to get price gouged. Thank you!

Went in looking for a part that I couldn't find at AutoZone and that I needed sooner than I could get it from Amazon, and they had it in stock. The service was quick and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to go to them for parts again.
