I called for service, and out came a serviceman who determined that my motherboard on a 6yr furnace was "dead". I was being charged $1000. I paid 1/2 and soon after found the unit was under warranty. THEY WERE NOT TRYING TO RETURN FUNDS. They stated the call (future work) would be $595, and a restocking fee ($60), because I "didn't want" the part, I would actually owe them $247(???). After 3 months of NO heat (NY winter), & buying two heaters, the serviceman came. Soon after arrival, I heard the heater booting up, it was then disclosed that the current board was NOT damaged.( thank you Jimmy). He left reassuring I will get a refund. However, the receptionist told me, in an email, she doubted I would, because I got "everything I asked for". Finally, the owner emailed me, and said I was definitely "due a refund", and he was gracious enough (sarcasm) to offer, and send me $167 of my funds. Needless to say, I am currently in talks with my lawyer, and on the heels of her advice, next stop is a consumer affairs complaint, & after reading these she's right! I learned my lesson, NEVER AGAIN, & YOUR WELCOME! 😀

bad service, they installed a heating and the thermostat... nine months ago I paid to have a complete checkup... now the thermostat doesn't work... when a thermostat lasts more than ten years... this guy is working very bad don't hire them!!!!! ** years ago was a good company

The manager, Tom, was not helpful, rude and didn't want to listen when I reached about a service charge I was not informed about in advance. I have a contract but apparently it doesn’t cover for labor and i was not informed of the cost / charge at the time if service. Was surprised by the bill. What is the purpose of a contract if labor is not covered? I requested to cancel the contract and prorated it since i just renewed 2 months ago but he said you will get $0 back. I'll not renew contract with them ever again and hope you don't fall into the same trap as i am. Shady business.

Called for an estimate and was told that I needed to be charged a service charge for it. The guy came out and didn’t look at my heating unit thoroughly. While waiting for my estimate I was told that someone else had to go out to give this estimate to me. They weren’t very nice about setting up this second appointment being that it should’ve been done the first time when in was charged for it. Almost a week has gone by since the second visit (a week and a half since the initial visit!) and I do not have this estimate for a heating unit in the middle of winter - that I’ve already paid for. Terrible service, and even poorer customer service. Sorry I paid them for a service charge to never have received an estimate. What a waste of money and time.

Unless you want to spend two thousand dollars a pipe and be completely and utterly scammed do not use this company. The employees are rude and condescending, with unnecessary remarks about things that have nothing to do with them.. Just outright disrespectful, you can tell they are used to arguing with people about inflated prices, scamming is a part of their routine. When you have a contract with them, they will tell you one price and then include clauses that will inflate the already inflated cost to thousands of dollars over what you agreed to. This company preys on people’s lack of knowledge. Unfortunately when my family chose this company I was out of town and could not properly vet them. Do not work with these people. They originally tried to charge us $7000 dollars for a job that we got done by a very reputable company for $1500.. now that’s insane! Save your money and your sanity.

They will scam you and rip you off. The boiler service contract that includes parts and labor won’t include any of the actual parts that fail ok boilers commonly such as a low water cut off or a automatic water feeder. A low water cut off that retails for $200(they pay even less) they’ll sell you at $950. 2 times I’ve been told something nweded replacing but then got second opinion and found out was not true and had repair done for less then half price. The owner pat himself is a very rude man on the phone, definitely stay away. Your best bet is to go to plumbing supply and ask people there for a recommended repairman, save yourself money and headache.

I wish I had read the reviews before calling this company to unclog my bathroom sink. I also wish I could give them less than one star. STAY AWAY from this company. They perform the job and over charge you. VERY unprofessional. You are warned! Use them at your own risk and peril.
