Paul's Ace Hardware

Wow great service! I was looking for new wiring for a lamp and Paul (of Paul’s Ace Hardware even?) spent so much time helping me, explaining different options and even helping me put a plug on a strip of wiring for me before I left. Sometimes I forget about this place with Home Depot and Lowe’s close by but with great service and selection I will definitely be going back!

I love this store. My husband is always stopping in for bird seed and random items we need for the house (a shovel, hose, rake, an extra key). My mom needed a new pump for her water fountain and the employees helped us find the right one without trying to make her get the most expensive item. We always have a great experience at this location with the amazing helpful and caring staff.

I love this Ace Hardware store. Always enough staff to help. I'm good at messing up home projects and always get back on track with help. Frequently get greeted by name by multiple employees when I'm there. Love this store!

I’ve always had great experiences at Ace Hardware, but a recent visit really stood out. I came in looking for a specific part for my electric wheelchair. It was something I’d found online but was having trouble locating in the store. As I roamed the aisles the security guard, John, must have noticed and asked if I needed help finding something. I showed him a picture of the part on my phone and without hesitation he walked me to the right aisle, found the exact part, and even helped me pick out the right bolt to attach it. To top it off, he cheerfully screwed it in for me right then and there. As a quadriplegic, thoughtful assistance like this makes a huge difference. Big thanks to the whole team—and especially to John who went above and beyond!
