The Staff at this location really was a pleasure to work with. Our unit lost a belt while in transit. I called ahead and the service staff took my VIN and checked inventory for parts, confirmed they had all they needed. Driver arrived at shop and was promptly repaired and on his way in under an hour...Thank you Penn Power Rochester

We called for service for the reefer trailer marker lights to be fixed. We understood it was an after hours call as we had used their service before. That was around 2:30pm. Dispatch stated they would reach out to the technician for him to come out. Richard the tech reached out to the driver around 7pm to inform him he had been with his family and did not have his work phone with him. The driver stated that was understood and we needed service. Then Richard called me (dispatch) around 7:30pm and asked if we really needed service and he was an hour out from the shop. I told we did and understood he was with his family. The driver waited almost 2 hours and started to call to find out if he needed to drop his trailer. At 10:02pm Richard texted and stated his boss told him to not take the call and we should have received a call to inform us, but we never did. We called Penn Power back and spoke with their dispatch. The lady on the phone said she would notate the system and asked what did we want her to do if that was what the "boss" told the technician. I stated since the customer service was poor, there was nothing she could do and ended the call

The staff here are wonderful, when we found ourselves in a pickle from an unexpected breakdown they worked with us and were very understanding. For that we, greatly appreciate them. Honesty and integrity is still in this world, hard to come by but some folk still live by a moral and ethical code. I pray you guys great success. #rochesterrocks

if i could give 0 stars i would first of all drivers beware to not to go after hours and get reefer units service, pm because you will get the police called on you by management without notice ok my company called and spoke to service department to see about getting my reefer check out they said yes we can do it the tech that does road calls will be in ok i drove 2 hours to their rochester location when i arrived no one was in site so i said i am tired so i will lay down until the tech comes back i thought maybe he’s out on a call !! i was woken up by the police asking me why am i there i said waiting on a tech to check out my unit per my maintenance manager called and was told i could come get unit fix so now the cops wanted my license i was thinking what is going on so by this time the service tech shows up and looking like what the hell your here. then the police come back with my license and a card with fred perdone name on it .i was trying to tell him we had spoke to someone but he just walks off and get in his truck and goes through the gate i was like maybe he’s going to open up his garage door for me to pull in but he come back out in his service truck goes right by me and goes and park in front of the building so i waited a few min to see will he come he never comes so i was like this is some fishy shit so i called my manager and told him to story he was like why was the police called why did you have to show id so i got the hell out of there before something happens to me so please be careful going to this location i will never in my life step foot back on these people lot because i am afraid they will call the police and have them arrest me for wanting service

Came here after hours in an emergency because my Carrier reefer was shutting itself off saying "low fuel" even though it had a full tank and the trailer was already loaded with food. They diagnosed the problem quick and determined it was the fuel level sensor that was faulty and got me out of here before the box temp even reached 10 degrees above the set temp. Very knowledgeable with all commercial equipment, I was very impressed and thankful I went to Penn Power. Highly recommend you don’t waste your time going anywhere else

Had to get something fixed fast. The staff was friendly and attentive, Etta helped through the process and was super friendly. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the job and the price.

People are nice and service is great. My fifth wheel did not unlock to move it back, so they fixed in teasonable time. And got me goung...
