The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had my two speed spa pump repaired and one of their techs come out and help me install it as I had back issues. Everything done at a very competitive price. I saved a lot of money compared to going to some of the other pool services that just wanted to sell a new pump

One of our pool pumps wasn’t holding water, and we suspected a seal leak. I pulled the pump and brought it over to Perry’s Pool Pump to have them check it out. The guy working in the back repair shop (wish I caught his name!) was awesome—super cool, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He walked me through what was likely going on and offered his expert opinion on the best solution. We ended up replacing the housing, and I’m glad we did. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable and helpful in a specialty shop like this. I highly recommend Perry’s to anyone with a pool. They’re honest, skilled, and genuinely care about getting it right. I’ll definitely be back if I run into any other pump issues in the future.

Came in here for a clamp and bolts. The staff is really honest. I asked them about my clamp they said don’t bother you need a new one. at first I was worrisome. But even after talking about my filter and wanting to upgrade. They said I would be wasting money getting different filters. Very honest people which is hard to find now a days. Also they sell energy drinks to help you fix your pool.

I brought my pool pump in because of a noise issue, and I was told motor reconditioning would cost $130. When I returned to pick it up, they suddenly demanded $285 without ever calling me for approval on the extra charges. When I questioned this, the response was: "You’re right, but you have to pay or you don’t get your pump back." This is dishonest and unacceptable business practice. They tried to add charges without doing the work, and their attitude was rude with zero customer service. Be careful — they will try to get more money out of you without your consent.
