Got to say it was pleasure to go into Wendy’s, dinning room was clean with a dedicated person cleaning tables, service was fast, very nice employees who worked in unison to serve the customers , the Pilot store was also very clean and cared for, nice to see managers managing,

3rd shift is the best shift. Everyone was nice actually was happy to be at work. Good conversation. Clean shower and fuel island rare to have both. Keep up the great work

Customer service was amazing Jeffrey really came through with the sub wasn’t stingy with the toppings or sauce at all!! Was the best one I ever had! And the everything was so clean, stocked, and well put together..Definitely will be back 10/10!!!

The pumps were off when I first arrived But by the time I ate Sarah had everything up and running .very much appreciated. Her and Joshua were top notch .I love customer service and they were quick ,helpful and kind folks Nice job to get me rollin again .Fort Campbell location in Kentucky

The only good thing was the Waffel house. Washer worked find dryer didn’t wanna dry my laundry at all tried it twice… No maintenance guy there who could fix the issue don’t waist your money!!!

Are you looking for an amazing experience at an gas station? What about having a plethor of options for snacks, drinks, food, etc.? How about a Subway, Wendy's or some store food for a trip on the road? Did you just take a long drive and want to take a shower? Then look no further, this is the place to be. You have all the amenities that you could possibly need. I recommend buying all your convenience items. If you are a truck driver, they have what you need so stop away.

No hand soap in the men's restroom..... using bags from Waffle Ho, because they don't have any of their own... Makes me wonder how nasty the showers are... The flying j, a very short distance up the road, has apparently been closed over 2 months now, due to flooding... There is still a lot of water surrounding that property... I don't think it's ever going to reopen... Bobtails and tractor trailers taking over the front parking lot here at this pilot...or should I say Peelot.... Don't bother with this dump.
