I called Pineapple Air after reading excellent reviews on Yelp and Google. JP (the owner) came out the next day to diagnose my A/C unit and found (showed me) the coil leak. Because of the age of the unit (20 - 25 years old) he recommended a new A/C unit. He showed me (3 options) and the cost of each. After deciding to go ahead with the install, JP and crew came out the next day and installed the new A/C unit and thermostat. They tested all to be sure that everything was in working order. They cleaned up and made sure that all debris was removed. The photos is to show the execellent (neat) workmanship of the installation.

When my AC compressor suddenly went out, I was originally in contact with another company that quoted a much higher price and said it could take a week or more to get the parts. Thankfully, I got in touch with JP! JP answered his phone immediately, quoted me a lower price, and had a brand new compressor installed within 24 hours. He even called me the moment he picked up the part and worked through 10pm, just to make sure my family and I had cool air again. That level of dedication is rare these days. The communication was outstanding from start to finish. They walked me through exactly what they were doing and why, and even recommended installing a surge protector to help prevent something like this from happening again. Every technician there with us was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. If you’re looking for HVAC service that’s fast, fair, and reliable, look no further. I truly couldn’t be happier!

Where Patrick Riley failed -- wanting to charge $4300 for an A/C fix -- JP and Pineapple Air Heating & Cooling succeeded at $1200. They are now my air conditioning repair and routine service company.
