Pioneer Comfort Systems

I had a "service required" message show up on my thermostat when I turned my furnace on (Carrier). My son has used Pioneer in the past and we have been very impressed with their work so we called them for a service call. Not only were they able to make the service call in the same day, but they also informed us of a "special" they had where they would waive the service call fee ($137) if we would donate 5 non-perishable food items, which they give to needy families. The service tech informed us they do this for a week or so during the fall every couple of years (pretty amazing). Regarding the service call, I was extremely impressed with the technician. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained each step as he diagnosed the problem and (because of my curiosity) explained things about my system that I didn’t know. My particular problem involved dirt dobbers nesting in a gas vent which caused an issue with a sensor. Even after he had the system up and running he continued to check things (including the exhaust flue in the attic) until he found the cause of the problem (dirt dobbers). My experience with other techs in the past is that they typically quit looking after the system is running correctly. So in my opinion Brian went above and beyond. Finally, he was very pleasant to deal with. I have no problem recommending Pioneer to others.

I have never dealt with a better company! Meagan did an amazing job answering my after hours call and getting a technician to my home quickly! Dylan came that evening and was extremely professional and confident. He stopped my water leak with ease. Lucas and Nate came the next day and made the permanent repairs for my water leak. These employees of Pioneer made an extremely stressful time much easier for me. Thank you Pioneer! You are wonderful!

Extremely professional and expert level work. I had them install a Halo 5 whole home water filtration system. They brought all of the correct tools and communicated with me the whole time as to what they were doing and gave me the information I would need in the future. I also had them perform hot water heater clean outs of both my tank and tankless systems. They again gave me pointers and communicated the whole time. Thank you Brian and Jose.

Professional Courteous and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. And at the end, he explained the things in the future that might need replaced and what would need replaced now, which was nothing which is great and he blew out the hoses or the drainage tube (whatever you call that). And he checked The Freon in my heat pumps x 2. And my coils and other things. The time allotted for him to be here was the exact time he was here. I only have one thing to say, and I wish he had used shoe covers to go from outside to inside the house. But other than that, everything was perfect. I enjoyed talking to him and for him, sharing with me the service that he did. Great guy

Jake did a great job. He was very thorough. He told me ways to maintain my hardware and gave me an idea of prices should I choose to upgrade my system in the future. He is a very pleasant young man and an asset to his employer.Thank you for your service all these years.

Hunter was my tech today for maintenance. Prompt, thorough and professional (and friendly). Pioneer has done a good job for us and I feel like the maintenance contracts they offer are very much worthwhile. HVAC maintenance is such a necessity where we live as this climate is tough on systems. I trust this outfit to do right by us and Pioneer have not disappointed.

Riley was a pleasure. Very knowledgeable and professional as well as great people skills. Our plumbing issue completely resolved. Would definitely recommend Pioneer and Riley in particular.
