Prime Comfort Company that handles AC repairs. I contacted them to fix the prep table in my shop, but the work they did was not up to standard. When they told me it was fixed, I realized it wasn’t done properly. Every time I call them, they ask for more money for nothing, just overcharging and not providing good service.

My wife and I had been using a local AC company for years until they were bought by what appeared to be another local company. It was not a local company at all anymore. The new guys were nice, but not very well skilled. They stated that there was something wrong with my evaporator coil because it was black and slimy. He said could not clean it properly and would need to pull it and possibly replace it. $$$ My wife and I are very happy we chose to get a second opinion from Premiere Comfort. They used special technology to diagnose our system and within minutes their technician Sebastian immediately put us at ease. He said that the reason our coil appeared that way was because we had originally upgraded to a specially coated coil when we purchased the unit. The other company’s technician was either not very knowledgeable or he was trying to make money off of us. It was totally different with Premiere Comfort! Sebastian when out of his way to make sure that our air-conditioned was properly cleaned and also thoroughly inspected it to make sure we were happy and there were no other problems. He was very thorough in explaining the diagnosis. I plan on calling Premier Comfort Service Company for any repairs that I need in the future.

My AC went out on Saturday (holiday weekend), they came out concluded the system was in bad shape. Reviewed my options. Very professional and honest about my options. We decided to replace the system. They had a team come out Sunday for the installation. They were great, very professional, the work outstanding. They kept me update during the process. Sunday evening I had AC. They went the extra mile to make sure we had AC right away and not several days later. They even tolerated Tiny (my cat) watching the inside work.
