I submitted an estimate request online and got an email confirming the request, but not the appointment. The appointment time came with no confirmation, so I called the number. There's a menu - Press 1 if you need an electrician and 2 for everything else. If you press 2 it just hangs up, saying "this line is only for people who need an electrician". What's the point of that menu?! I called back and pressed 1. I told the agent I needed to confirm an appointment for my estimate. They promptly placed me on hold and reconnected me to an agent at Angie's List, who tried to start a new electrician project for me. Not at all what I was looking for. Will not be reaching out again.
