Horrible customer service. I purchased the Stihl blower last year. The blower broke and they spent 5 months to fix, now the same item broke again ( still with warranty ) they don’t want to fix and requested $50. Don’t buy anything at the store. I saw your respond and be honest , I never asked you new blower I requested to fix it. In order not to fix the blower you told me to leave the store and never come back.

They charged me $90 for Literally nothing, then they gave me back my generator and tighten the screws so tight, I can’t even get them off. Don’t pay for Diagnosis. Have them do the work first.

They have been my stihl dispensers for many years. Always friendly, and they have also fixed many of my machines, always done a professional job. Master Arbor Service Inc. strongly recommends Pro Power.

Ordered an electric mower, edger and blower. Three weeks later, nothing. Called the Pro Power repeatedly to see if they could give me any information about when my equipment would be coming in. Got the same answer every time: "Truck is arriving on Thursday." Then, "Truck didn't arrive. Next Thursday it should be here." Zero calls to me to update me on the delay. Don't they get any updates on these orders? And Stihl customer service is useless. You leave your info with an answering service person and then forwards it to someone else who supposedly will reach out to you God knows when and let you know what's going on. Terrible customer service. What a waste of time. Ultimately canceled the order and will go elsewhere. Rubbish.

I brought my pole chain saw HTA 86 for repair and they guys fixed it on the spot. I didn’t add oil to the chain saw compartment and paid the prices! Appreciate the good service.

I went in today with my toddler and my husband to see if a machine we have can be fixed and I got nothing but honest feedback. He basically said it was more money to fix the machine then to buy a new one. Saved me a headache by being honest. I truly value that kind of honesty. Will be stopping by soon to upgrade.

They have rearranged the store and it is more inviting and organized. The owner is always very pleasant and very helpful with anything that I have needed assistance with . They are very knowledgeable about all the equipment and helpful regarding any repairs that need to be made to your machine . They repaired my mower at a fair price and in timely manner .
